Nasty note-leaver acted without knowing any facts
THE note shown above was wrapped around my windscreen wiper on Thursday, March 7, having parked down Lambert Road in Grimsby before walking the ten minutes to work.
I would like to say to this person that I park down this road as it is unrestricted parking.
-

All properties have their own driveways and I am very careful not to park over access to anyone's property.
I park there not because I am "too tight" to pay for parking but because I simply cannot afford it.

This person seems to have made many assumptions about my financial situation.
A few years ago I was privileged to receive a Council Parking Permit from my employer but due to redundancies and financial cuts I do not now have this luxury nor have I had a pay rise in some years and, like many people with bills and food prices increasing and a family to provide for, parking away from my workplace is my only choice.
Parking would cost me at least £100 per month!
Perhaps this person would like to take these facts into consideration before leaving another nasty note on a person's vehicle leaving them feeling upset and worried.
Tracey Bridge,
Address supplied
