James Breakspeare, head coach of KFM Grimsby, said: "Keysi is a cultivation of the human instinct and is an evolution of what we do naturally.

"It is an art form dedicated towards the study and investigation of survival of the modern day streets.

"Because the streets are in a constant state of evolution, so must we."

Student Daniel Preston, from Grimsby, is one of those who has signed up for the new classes.

He said: "I'm getting fitter in a fun way while learning effective self defence. Everyone can do it and I'd definitely recommend it."

Ally McMahon, owner of Primal Gym, said: "We are collecting a large pool of knowledge thanks to the various coaches we now have working with us. We are delighted to have James on board.

"The gym is thriving and we have everything from circuit training and children's street survival to women's body conditioning and Mixed Martial Arts."

Get involved: Keysi Fighting Method is currently taught at Primal Gym on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8.30pm to 9.30pm, and is open to adults only. For more information, call James on 077426 14922 or visit www.rippedbodzfitness
