New hospice charity shop opens at Grimsby Institute
STUDENTS with a passion for vintage fashion will be well served by a new charity shop – right on their doorstep.
St Andrew's Hospice has opened a shop at the Grimsby Institute, open only to students and tutors.
Dianne Clark, retail development manager at the hospice, said: "The hospice has had a tough time recently and financial donations have dropped dramatically during the past 18 months.
"However, the retail department has flourished during the same period, so it is an area we intend to expand and is currently one of the hospice's main sources of funding.
