"I aim to help teach toddlers from 18 months to five years old shapes, colours, letters and numbers through music and dance.
"We aim to get the parents really involved and help teach both adults and children about healthy lifestyles and prepare the children for when they get to school."
Alex is also holding cheerleading dance aerobic classes for adults, as well as private elocution lessons. "They are for anybody of any age or fitness level," she said.
"It's something fun and a bit different."
Classes are held at All Saints' Church Hall, in Waltham, St Peter's Church Hall, in Cleethorpes, and at the Pat Yarborough School, in Pinfold Lane, Scartho.
