North East Lincolnshire set to avoid worst of wintry weather this week
Snow has been forecast by the Met Office for parts of the UK this week, but North East Lincolnshire currently looks set to escape from the worst of the weather.
Though remaining bitterly cold throughout the next few days, it should stay relatively dry with only the occasional isolated light sleet or snow shower.

Though staying very cold, a repeat of the conditions similar to those seen in December 2010, above, is not expected in North East Lincolnshire this week.
Daytime temperatures will struggle to rise above 4c with overnight lows of -3c expected, particularly further inland.
