OPINION: Ball-boy's Oscar-winning acting took shine off Swans' triumph
JUST what on earth was that Swansea City ball-boy doing last night?
We all respect a bit of time-wasting here and there - especially when it helps your team get to Wembley - but laying over the ball takes it to a whole new level!
For those who don't know what I'm on about, the incident happened during the Swans' League Cup semi-final second leg clash with Chelsea last night.
With the Blues' Eden Hazard desperately trying to get the ball back in play as his side looked for a fight-back, a 17-year-old ball-boy saw his opportunity to wind down the clock by sprawling on the ball.

True, Hazard seemed to make contact with the youngster as he booted the ball from under him - and deserved his ensuing red card.
But the histrionics that followed from the young Welshmen could have earned him an Oscar, and took the shine off City's triumph.
Let's leave the play-acting to those who do it best - the players!
Take a look at the accompanying video to see how a 'proper’ ball-boy does it, at Blundell Park.
