Popular Thai restaurant will add a touch of spice when it returns to Cleethorpes
COME and give us a Thai!
A popular Thai restaurant is returning to Cleethorpes after 15 years – and chef and owner, Wanphen Harper can't wait to see her old – and new – customers.
-

Opening: Chef Niran Jittarak and Paw Thai owner Wanphen Harper with a selection food available at the restaurant.
Paw Thai will reopen to the public at the former Just So! bar in Alexandra Road this Sunday promising authentic Thai cuisine cooked to order by Wanphen and her cousin, Niran Jittarak.
Both were born in Nakhon Sawan, south of Bangkok, and came to Cleethorpes 26 years ago. They ran Paw Thai, in High Street, 15 years ago but closed when they went into semi- retirement.

The menu is made from secret family recipes handed down to Wanphen from her grandmother who was a chef.
She said: "I am looking forward to seeing my customers come back to me. I really missed them, I enjoy being around people and making them happy with food."
There will also be a bar and take-away and the restaurant can cater for 50 covers, as well as functions and parties.
Tomorrow Buddhist monks will come and bless Paw Thai during a traditional Thai ceremony in preparation for it opening to the public on Sunday following a guest-only opening on Saturday.
