Plan to merge day centres in Market Rasen to save money
Care chiefs are planning to merge day centres to save taxpayers £72,000 a year.
Lincolnshire County Council wants to merge two day centres in Market Rasen and sell off an industrial unit in Louth due to dwindling numbers at the seven centres in the area.
Services will move to nearby centres, affecting very few people and there will be no redundancies.
See tomorrow’s Grimsby Telegraph for full details.
