Police name 24-year-old man killed in crash on A46

POLICE have named the Grimsby man killed in a collision on Saturday.

Scott Bennett, 24, of Laceby Road, Grimsby, was pronounced dead at the scene following the incident on the A46 at Welton, just south of Market Rasen.

As reported, his blue Toyota Celica was in collision with a lorry at about 8.50am.

Police are appealing for any witnesses to get in touch with them via the non emergency 101 number, quoting incident number 109 of November 3, 2012.
