Police extend search for missing woman Marion Scott
POLICE have extended their search area for the missing Market Rasen pensioner Marion Scott following a possible sighting today.
Officers knocked on doors in the Hainton area and asked people if they had seen the 83-year-old who went missing a week ago from her home in Acre Close.

A Lincolnshire Police spokesman said: “We had around 20 officers conducting searches today, which included a possible sighting in Hainton.
“The search is being maintained and there is still a strong commitment in the search, including posters being issued to people in Market Rasen.”

He added volunteers using 4x4 vehicles and two private planes were used in the past few days to comb the area.

“Fingers crossed it was her and she is some sort of Market Rasen "Bear Grylls" because this is a long time!
I hope she's found - and would like to help the search at the weekend if possible...”
