Potential Wonderland buyers start a bidding war
A BIDDING war has broken out over Cleethorpes’ Wonderland.
After the 2.87 acre site failed to sell at auction for the guide price of £400,000, two mystery bidders have now put offers on the table.

Up for sale: Wonderland on the North Promenade, Cleethorpes.
Eddisons Chartered Surveyors and the owners, Town and Country Markets, are now negotiating a deal – but refused to disclose the identity of the potential buyers.
Head of property for Eddisons, Tony Webber, said: “At the auction properties either sell or they don’t. Outside of the auction, it is a lot more flexible. It is open season now, anyone can come in and make an offer for it.
Urgently seeking two / four bedroom properties for our lengthy list of possible suitable tenants with the lowest fees in town and excellent turn around rate for sourcing and managing.
