Ready to share kitchen secrets
MOTHER-OF-TWO Suzette Burrows has discovered the secret to success for mums wanting to get back into work.
In October, she started up her own party plan business from home called My Secret Kitchen.

'try before you buy': Suzette with some of her company's products.
The 37-year-old said she loves working from home and experimenting with new products.
"My Secret Kitchen is similar to many other party plan businesses, except it's much more interactive," she said.
"We are passionate about creating unique and exciting foods – some may be new to people while others are twists on classic favourites.
"We value great quality, authentic ingredients and we only use recognisable ingredients, everything is made in a simple, honest fashion. What's more, every item in our range has many different uses.
"We want each of our scrumptious food products to help create something amazing with the minimum of effort.
"We introduce them to people through friendly, informal food-tastings, so people can try before they buy.
"We hope to inspire friends to get together and have a great time, tasting and being inspired by our products.
"We also want to share our business with like-minded individuals by enabling others to become a My Secret Kitchen consultant which gives them the freedom to run their own business and make other people happy."
Suzette said the hours fit around being a mum as she has two children Talitha, six, and Amias, 10.
"It's a perfect job for a parent and I really enjoy doing it.
"Our products range from a very versatile beer bread mix to our great taste gold award winners – maple caramel sauce and our balsamic reduction.
"Prices start from £3.99 and go up to £7.49 so it's very affordable.
"As a host, people also receive £5 to spend on more luscious flavours for every £50 of product sold (over £100), and if it falls below £100 we have a fabulous range of gifts to choose from. So everyone's a winner.
"The thing I love most about our tasting parties is that everyone gets involved.
"We all eat and everyone shares their thoughts and ideas on what they are tasting."
