The ASA-licenced meet saw the club's swimmers split into four age categories – 9/11 years, 12/13 years, 14/15 years and Over-16 years – with medals on offer for the top six finishers in each category and club trophies for age group victors.

The swimmers raised their games against their peers and, over the course of the 12-event programme, registered a staggering 400 lifetime bests as 25 club records were broken.

Leading female record-breaker was Zoe Lansley-Hogg, who smashed an incredible six club records in the Over-16s age-group.

But Maisie Legge was hot on her heels, with five new club records in the 14/15 years age group.

Ellie Buxton (10/11 years) and Grace Lister (12/13 years) rounded off the girls' club record-breaking feats.

The 12 male records to tumble were more evenly shared. They were led by Oliver Webster, with five, and followed by James Burke, with three – both in the 14/15 years category.

Callum Gladding grabbed two records in the Over-16s, while Nathan Wells (12/13 years) and George Barber (10/11 years) were also on the record trail.

The girls' 9/11 years category was almost swept by Ellie Buxton, but Freya Davies once again seized the 200m backstroke to split the spoils.

Grace Lister, Jessica Skelton and Alicja Dzieweczynska were the victors in the girls 12/13 years age grouping.

In the 14/15 year group, Legge was unbeatable in the various back and freestyle events, but ran into a national standard breaststroke swimmer in the form of Caitlin Bower and a rising starlet in the shape of Holly Williams in the butterfly.

However, Lansley-Hogg completed a 'Grand-Slam' in the Over-16s category, with victories in all events – giving her 12 trophies.

There was no repeat amongst the boys, though, as every age-group saw the spoils shared.

Joe Basdeo-Taylor, George Legge and George Barber all secured silverware in the 10/11 years age group, while Nathan Wells and Sam Legge were in an equally sharing mood in the 12/13 years age-group.

The Legge household – via brothers George and Sam and older sister Maisie – amassed 16 trophies in all.

James Burke and Oliver Webster split the 14/15 years events between them, as did Callum Gladding and Michael Dzieweczynski in the Over-16s.
