The in-form team put pedal to the metal with a 6-0 home victory against Cromwell B.

Second-placed Hainton B had to work hard for a 3-3 draw at home against The Eye.

But a 2-0 from Andy McArthur and Keith Atmore saved Hainton and earned a share of the spoils.

Healing Mens shot into a 4-0 lead thanks to Terry Lloyd, Dean Austwick, and Den and Jamie Wallis.

Opponents Carr Lane C cut the deficit when Dave Cullum and Neil Batts won the last two frames.

Westlands B beat West End B 4-2.

Dave Stewart and Glen Hostead won 2-0 and Johnpaul Teanby, Simon Redgraves, Steve Auckland and Jason Gunn shared with Walt Simpson, Barry Jebson, Dave Page and Dave Sargent.

A single from Dave Rushby and John Brocklesby was all Standard A could muster against Blossom Way A, who romped to a 5-1 victory.

Clee Cons B extended their lead at the top of the premier section to three points with a 4-2 home win against Hainton A.

Craig Waddingham, Martin Dowling, Mark Goss and Steve Donner were their 2-0 winners, with Mark Leggett and Yan de Grouchy winning two for the visitors.

Paul Simpson, Steve Trott, Roy Ling and Dave Ashmore shared with Chris Madsen, Gaz Horsfall, Scott Templeman and Shane Newbold.

Cliff Goldsack and Euan Hunter got the match-winning 2-0 as West End A beat Westlands A 4-2 at home.
