Steve Donner made a half-century break of 55 as he and Mark Goss won both their frames for the leaders.
Craig Waddingham, Brian Bridge, Martin Dowling and Jon Steel then shared with Stamford's Shane Newbold, Glen Leggett, Gaz Horsfall and Dan Leggett to secure victory.
Clee Bowls A entertained Blossom Way B and, try as they might, couldn't shake their opponents resolve as Stuart Gibb, Myles Kennan, Albert Potterton, John Rowson, Kev Gowing and Kev Johnson matched them frame for frame.
Roy Ling, Dave Ashmore, Mick Chew, Gordon Dawson, Paul Simpson and Steve Trott were held in the 3-3 draw.
A single from Daz Potter and Alan Brown against Lloyd Howell and Dave Lainchbury, and a 2-0 from Lynn Powell and Martin Russell, put AMS (UK) 3-1 up at home against Healing Legion B.
They couldn't complete the victory, however, as Craig Brocklebank and John Horne won the last two frames for the visitors to level the score at 3-3.
A 2-0 from Stan Moore and Paul Beasley and singles from Dan Mumby, Graham Walker, Nige Emmerson and Wayne Webber – against Steve Baker, Mel Pratt and John and Peter Dannatt – earned Westlands A a 4-2 home win against Stamford Homes A.
Hainton B pulled off an impressive 5-1 victory to dent Carr Lane C's promotion hopes in section A.
Hainton opened strongly with a 2-0 from Andy McArthur and Keith Atmore.
Colin Grey and Neil Batts pulled one back for the hosts, but that was to be the Carr Lane's only success.
George Clark and Sean Bartlett, and Dave Tanner and Dave Boyington, went on to complete the victory.
Hainton are second in the standings, level on points with Healing Legion A, in third, after they beat Cromwell B 5-1.
Mike Crooks, Pete Krofchak, Gerry Howes and Dave Hallberg all won 2-0 for Healing. A Richardson and Daz Burrows saved the slam for Cromwell with a single against Nigel Barr and Dave Peterson.
Andy Stanley and Bill Childs won the last two frames as Healing Mens drew 3-3 against Westlands B.
