Louth collapsed from 58 for three to 88 all out as they were beaten by Bracebridge Heath in the Readers ECB Lincolnshire League.

Matt Bradley was the star of the show at London Road, taking six for 14.

He was the weekend's top wicket taker.

Bracebridge Heath knocked off the total for the loss of just four wickets, Andrew Crook making an unbeaten 40.

The battle for the title continues with Bourne still topping the table. Sleaford moved into third and are within catching distance of Bracebridge Heath.

Skegness slipped to fourth and now look to be out of the running after going down heavily to Lindum. Nettleham also lost and stay fifth.

At Abbey Lawn, Dan Milgate took five for 44 and Mick Troops contributed three wickets as Boston succeeded in bowling Bourne out for a modest 142, Conrad Louth making 64 of these runs.

But Fahad Masood continued to add to his growing wicket tally, taking five for 41 as he and Charlie Hopkins combined to dismiss Boston for just 90.

Fawad Alam went out with a flourish in his final game for Woodhall Spa before joining the Pakistan one-day squad.

Having been put into bat at Mulsanne Park, Woodhall were 14 for two when Alam came to the crease to put on 41 with Ricky Lovelace and 48 with Ben Percival.

When the all-rounder was out for 63, Woodhall were 139 for seven, but 34 from Matt Sargeant pushed the total to 169 for eight at the close, Warren Nel taking three wickets.

Alam then claimed five Nettleham wickets for 30 runs, including top scorer Sam Hickingbotham for 47 and Matt Haslam took three was the home side were all out for 108.

At Richmond Road, Skegness elected to field but, having claimed the first Lindum wicket on eight, were unable to unseat Karanjit Bansal and Alex Hornsby until the score had reached 117 when Bansal was run out for 49. Hornsby went on to make 88 and help his side to 206 for eight at the close, Paul Butler taking three wickets.

The home side then found themselves 19 for three thanks to the bowling of James Dewhurst and Pierce Morley-Barnes and despite a middle order flurry, the start of the 20th over saw the score on 72 for seven.

Skipper Tony Santini hit Matt Rutherford's first ball for a single then could only watch as the next five deliveries accounted for his remaining three batsmen.

Hartsholme's game at Market Deeping was rained off.
