John Saywell, the store's general manager, said: "There was a lot of pressure on us after winning last year, but we have a fantastic team here and I knew we could do it.
"The award is given to the store that performs best in monthly mystery shopper and customer satisfaction tests. We managed to get 100 per cent positive feedback for 11 of the 12 months, which is incredible.

"Our staff work hard to help customers understand the offers we have available and always greet everybody with a smile.
"It also helps that we have expert butchers, bakers and fishmongers to provide the best possible produce and service.
"We're going to arrange a function for all 350 employees to say thank you to them."
And one lucky member of staff has even more reason to celebrate than most after winning a £6,000 holiday to Hawaii.
Checkout operator Mo Houlton, of Cleethorpes, was one of 12 employees at the store who won a monthly award during 2012 for her sales technique and customer service.
And when the store took the national customer service accolade, bosses decided it was Mo, pictured right, who had really helped the branch to shine and selected her to receive the prize.
The 54-year-old, who has previously worked in retail and catering, joined the Morrisons team five years ago.
She said: "I was absolutely amazed when they told me I'd won.
"I always try my best to help customers because it's part of my job. If I notice they've bought something that is on offer and they could have saved money, I always point it out to them.
"Everybody here works really hard to make it a great place to work and shop.
"I'm over the moon that I've been chosen to win this holiday as a thank you for my hard work. I can't wait!"
Morrisons' fish processing plant at Europarc was also recognised for its successful launch at the company awards ceremony in Manchester. The facility, known as Morrisons Manufacturing – Grimsby, started production in September last year, supplying the supermarkets' wet fish counters.
