One respondent, who lives in Cleethorpes, said she enjoys living close to the sea and the Lincolnshire Wolds.
However, the lack of opportunities here is a turn-off and in her neighbourhood, she said that gangs of youths congregate.
If she were to move though, she would stay in North East Lincolnshire.
Another Grimsby resident enjoys cycling around the area and says his neighbourhood is quiet, which makes him feel safe to walk the streets at night.
However, he does not like the fact his road is "never" gritted during the icy weather.
Having a nice, big house at a cheap price is what another respondent from Grimsby likes about living in this area. He also enjoys having People's Park close by.
And one more cited the county's sausages as a reason for making them happy.

“I love this area and am originally from the south east. I have lived in other places and this beats them all hands down. What I really don't like though is the negativity of some people - why are some people so quick to talk down the area? I live close to where I work, I enjoy a good sized house which is very affordable, I have supermarkets within walking distance and can spend my spare time in either beautiful countryside or at the beach within minutes drive of my home.
Yet speaking to some people - oh no, Grimsby, Cleethorpes - why on earth did you move here they ask me? I don't get why some people are so keen to rubbish the area. We need a bit of pride and a sense of achievement otherwise people will not strive to achieve their best. The people are great here, it's just the negativity.”
