TV chef serves up advice at Institute
CHECK out this egg-cracking video of the Grimsby Institute's very own omelette challenge.
Level three catering students Jake Stansfield and Chris Thompson, both 18, who were all too keen to step up to the plate and show off their skills to celebrity chef James Martin, who dropped into the college to share his expertise with budding chefs.

James Martin judges the challenge.
As fans of James will know, the omelette challenge is a regular feature on his show, Saturday Kitchen, which sees two celebrity chefs pitted against each other to see who can prepare an omelette in the quickest time.
James – who was also a contestant in the 2005 series of Strictly Come Dancing – said: "It's great to see so many students at the Institute wanting to be chef's.
"However, they have chosen one of the hardest careers out there, with only fishing being harder.
"To be a chef takes 50 per cent donkey work and 50 per cent artistry. You can teach anybody to cook, but you cannot teach anybody to be a good chef, but hopefully with the setup they have here, we may find one or two."
