Talks over Cleethorpes Pier sale
THE auctioneers in charge of selling off Cleethorpes Pier are in discussions with two companies.
Two offers have been made for the iconic building after it failed to reach its £400,000 guide price at auction.
Auctioneers Swindells and owner and local businessman Bryn Ilsley hope a deal will be made “very soon”.
