Telegraph evacuated!
YES, we were all evacuated just after 4.30pm today - but don't worry, it was a false alarm.
People have been tweeting about it, so we thought we would set the record straight.
The fire alarm went off - we all went outside and gathered under the flyover and not long afterwards, a fire engine pulled up with its blue lights on.
Eagle eyed passersby took pictures, which have also appeared online.

But it was a false alarm and after a quick check of the building, we were all allowed to return to our desks to carry on working on tomorrow's paper.
