Travel shop staff honoured for excellent customer care
TRAVEL agency staff have been recognised for their excellence in customer service.
Lincolnshire Co-operative, the company behind the Louth Travel branch, has honoured the hard work and commitment of the team there with a "stars lunch".

Well done: Lincolnshire Co-op president Sue Neal with Kerry Emson-Smith, from Lincolnshire Co-op's Louth Travel branch, winners of the customer service awards.
With more than 200 outlets, including petrol stations, post offices, pharmacies, and foodstores, and 2,100 staff, the society uses "mystery shopper" visits, carried out by independent companies, to find a select few to honour.
Manager of Louth Travel, Kerry Emson-Smith, said: "I was overwhelmed and gobsmacked, I actually cried when I found out we'd won again and it shows that our hard work has paid off. Myself and the other girls, Rachel and Lucy, have put our all into this year.
Urgently seeking two / four bedroom properties for our lengthy list of possible suitable tenants with the lowest fees in town and excellent turn around rate for sourcing and managing.

"For us, the secret is creating a welcoming and friendly environment for our customers – we know most of them by name. Also, you need to get them the right holiday that's perfect for their needs."
The branch is located in Eastgate, and was also a winner in 2010.
Lincolnshire Co-operative's chief executive, Ursula Lidbetter, said: "Customer service is at the very heart of what we do so it's fantastic to come together to honour the people who get it right time and time again."
