Vehicle stuck in Cleethorpes beach – was it yours?
A VEHICLE has been rescued from Cleethorpes’ beach after it was submerged in the sea for around three hours.
The male driver of a 4x4 went to launch his fishing boat in the sea this morning when his vehicle got stuck in the sand.
With the high tide in at 9.30am, he had no choice but to leave it and return to shore for help.
Cleethorpes RNLI were called at around 12.30pm to help retrieve the car once the tide was out.

“The man’s fishing boat is safe in Grimsby’s marina.
“No lives were put a risk by the incident but the vehicle is ruined.”
