Venue gets tasty transformation
GRIMSBY'S popular DN31 pub has closed for three weeks as builders move in.
Full details are being kept under wraps at the moment – but the change is hoped to surprise regulars.

As reported, the venue in Victoria Street ran a competition to rename the pub, which will soon turn into a Samuel Cooper Free House - although its new identity is yet to be revealed.
A significant amount of cash has been invested into the business by UK pub operators Mitchells and Butlers.
Manager Lisa Thompson said having worked at the place for more than five years she is looking forward to the change.
"It will be completely different and we are hoped to be open again by March 8.
"We will be letting children in for food and plan to serve Sunday roast at a good prices, more fresh food, carved meats every day, breakfasts in the morning and Costa Coffee."
