“In the caption it says the RSPCA are rescuing this seal pup, but the chap who did rescue it was from another organisation and the seal was then going to be taken to the Seal Sanctuary at Mablethorpe. Is this another case of the RSPCA claiming the praise for something it hasn`t done?”
