OUR Forecast Friends told us what we didn’t want to hear again, yesterday.

Every week, we’re getting local primary school children to read the weather forecast from Tuesday to Saturday, with our Forecast Friends videos.

Last Tuesday, we launched the series of videos with five children from Strand Primary Academy, Grimsby, and this week, five youngsters from William Barcroft Junior School, Cleethorpes, took on the task.

Tia Rutherford, 7, Darcy Stevens, 8, Steven Warrener, 9, Liam Wilson, 10, and Jasmin Pederson, 11, gave their predictions for the next five days, and you can view the video below:

Liam said: “I chose my favourite day which is Friday – because we don’t have to go to school the next day.”

And the kids were confident in their ability.

Darcy said: “I think that ours will be the best.”
