“from the victim, no my dogs were not chasing him, he was riding like a maniac. There is an old lady who walks her dogs down there, what if it had been her? Yes it is a FOOTPATH and yes a cycle path, NOT a race track or shortcut.”

“THE WOMAN SHOULD BE FINED FOR HAVING HER DOGS OF THE LEAD. THIS MAN COULD HAVE FALLING OF HIS BIKE AND FINISHED UP IN HOSPITAL BECAUSE OF THE DOGS RUNNING ABOUT. OH YES THIS IS A CYCLE PATH AS WELL AS A FOOT PATH.”

“Shouldn't the report have said "an alleged assault".

Unless there is physical evidence we've only got an allegation.

If it did happen as reported, the guy was obviously in the wrong, unless he was defending himself.”
