Work to repair landslip near Stainforth is still on track

RAIL officials say they are still on target to reopen the landslide-damaged railway line by the end of June.

Network Rail said its engineers are still removing spoil from Hatfield colliery which had severely damaged the railway in Stainforth.

First TransPennine Express and Network Rail services to Doncaster have been affected, forcing passengers to use substitute buses.
