It was organised by La Vive member Nick Wardekker who, along with the management of the venue, has set a fundraising target of £1,000.
"I suggested it and they were really keen and the plans just got bigger and bigger.
"We aimed for £1,000, but I think we will smash that target if people get behind the event," he said.
Dave Shadlock, fitness manager at La Vive, continued: "When Nick suggested it we jumped on board, as it was a chance to serve the community where we operate. But it's not just for gym users – it is a social event that will be fun for everyone."
The manager of Director's Cut, Mark Broadley, added: "Absolutely everything is going to be themed.
"We will have waitresses dressed up doing terrifying dances, special scary cocktails, there's even going to be a Halloween burger on the menu.
"It's going to be old-school Halloween with all the traditional games that everyone used to play."
As well as the Halloween night, Mr Wardekker, with the help of La Vive, Director's Cut and other local businesses, is also running a charity raffle you can take part in by sending a simple text.
The message will cost you £2 and if you fill out the gift aid information – which you will need to do so that you can be contacted if you win – then £2.50 will go directly to St Andrew's Hospice.
Top prizes already confirmed are two annual memberships to La Vive gym, worth £380 each, although Mr Wadekker is still looking for local people or businesses to donate more.
Mr Wardekker added: "We already have some great prizes and there are many more in the pipeline but we still need help from people donating and taking pert so we can raise as much money for this great charity as possible."
Hospice fundraiser Lisa Courtney said: "There are so many big national charities, but I think there is a trend towards supporting local charities again.
"The people of Cleethorpes, like Nick, Dave and Mark, have really embraced us – and we can see the benefit."
Admission to the party at Director's Cut, from 7pm, is £1.
To take part in the raffle, text vive99£2 to 70070, which will cost you £2, then fill in the gift aid information.
