BOTH Ella Henderson and District 3 went stright through to the next live show in tonight's X Factor results show.

But only hours before the show, Cleethorpes-born District 3 singer Micky Parsons told the Telegraph he was sure the band would be in the bottom two after scathing comments from the judges on Saturday night.

However, after a nervous wait - Ella was fifth and District3 sixth announced of the six acts safe, both were celebrating.

Kye Sones became the fifth act to be voted off after he and sing-off rival Rylan Clark got two judges' vote each, taking it to deadlock.

“Will people stop voting for Rylan, its turning into the joke factor now. he should of gone weeks ago but while he stays in there are good Acts been sent home. Ella is doing well but i would hate Ella to be sent home while that useless Rylan stays in.

I also hope after this series that X factor never returns after this year. as its very boring now.”

“Ellas act is becoming a very tired act now.I supported ella but it's becoming a strain now.Ok she is 16.Maybe she can tour the holiday camps as a tribute act.But her singing is very hard to listen too.Count me out now.I have moved my vote to Jahmene. He's in a different league now and it shows with over half a million people supporting him on the social media sites.”
