“ im not one to complain never have been but after visiting kingpin this weekend and experiencing the most shocking patronising insulting customer service to both myself and 3 other paying customers i feel it only fair to share my thoughts. in the space of ten minutes 3 different people complained about faulty machines all of which were simply fobbed off with unacceptable excuses. i waited 30 mins yes 30 mins for an engineer to come to my machine as that too was faulty i approached 4 different members of staff to be told there was only one engineer after watching this engineer he was simply messing about with another machine which was turned off and of no importance. he chose to keep a paying customer waiting over half an hour only after complaing a 5th time did he come over grunt and throw a load of coins under the penny falls! no apology no nothing! ive never experienced service like it and will certainly not be spending my money there again i would urge whom ever monitors these machines to investigate as they are not to a standard that is usuable for public entertainment. i would also urge training on staff and management as i would not speak to a dog like that let alone paying customers whom keep the business afloat!! it is such a shame as overall i cannot believe the change in cleethorpes it is beautifull and very impressive x well done ”
