Today is Blue Monday - the day scientists (do they get paid to come up with such things?) have decided that we're at our lowest mood-wise, as our New Year's resolutions have all collapsed around our ears, Jack Frost is nipping at our toes, and the cost of Christmas is showing its ugly head in the form of the credit card bill arriving.
