Fantastic Service and Advice! Gamer Set-Up, Amazing!

Super fast service!
“Over the last few weeks my playstation 3 has gone wrong three times.. From the power pack failing, blue ray breaking and the YLOD killing my machine. All successfully fixed, usually within 24hours! Superb service and the most helpful, honest and polite team of people I've ever met! I happened to mention I had two broken controllers.. 'bring them in we'll have a look' was the reply! For £10 they managed to merge the two together to make one good one! Genius! I can't recommend them all enough.. And if I ever have problems with my phones, iPad, pc etc.. I know where to come. Well done Diamond media for being such a reliable, trustworthy business. ”

“Five stars is not enough for the service and quality you get from Diamond media. I introduced a friend of mine from Wales that was staying here on holiday last year.He needed some bits for his computer. He is here again at the moment and rather than having his laptop repaired at his home town he choose to bring it with him just so that Paul could fix it for him knowing he would get the job done and at a fair price So Paul your now international. I wouldnt go anywhere eles for my needs ”

First class service
“I've used Diamond Media for a number of years both as a component supplier and also for repair jobs beyond my own expertise.

What I like is that jobs are invariably completed on time and on budget - when they make a commitment they stick to it.
What's also nice is that when something isn't worth mending they'll tell you straight rather than let you waste your money on something that won't last.
I've sent in a number of friends over the years (a risky thing to do!) but not once have I ever had any adverse feedback about a job they've done. Even when the occasional job has turned out to be trickier than expected they've always been very fair and honest.
In an industry where the quality of support offered by the big organisations who descibe themselves as 'experts' is shockingly poor they make a refreshing change, both in terms of their technical ability and their attitude.

“I have used Diamond Media as my preferred technical help desk for numerous issues including mobile phone repair to laptop and pc repair and service for many years now.
