“ Recently called Al the PC Engineer upon a recommendation from a friend. I am partially blind over 70 years old man with not easy to trust tradesmen around me. Al was a pleasure to deal with, sold me a new laptop and a used like new Sony monitor for my old PC which he revived also. Got me up and running in shockingly very short time. Even had to come to my home twice in order to fix what I made a mess of because of my eyesight and didn't charge me a penny. Tried to help me over the phone first. Overall, service was first class, cheap and super efficient. I would highly recommend this firm and this particular gentleman to anyone with computer problems ”

EXCELLENT
“I recently called on Al to fix my very slow laptop. I was pleasantly suprised that it was fixed overnight. He even went to the trouble of collecting it from my workplace and returning it the next day which was brilliant. Customer service was excellent, the job was done better than i expected and he even installed anti-virus and upgraded the whole laptop as well as sorting out the problem. The cost was minimal compared to what it would have cost me to replace the laptop or even just to have bought the upgrade and anti virus on its own. Tnak you Grimsby IT Solutions, Al - you're a star!”

“Truly delighted with my newly revived pc. Being a pc novice late starter pensioner i was worrying about the cost of calling a pro to fix in terms of add ons and hidden charges and what it needs or may need. But upon recommendation from a friend I called Al from grimsby IT solutions who was a delight to deal with, straight forward, clear concise advice, even for me, reasonably cheap and super quick fix so I didn't miss my Skype much. Have to say I had to call the Engineer out again to sort few little "teething problems" but all was sorted quickly and efficiently.Would highly recommend”

Great Service & support
“I would recommend this company to anyone with PC, Laptop or ipad issues. Used it twice in last 2 years for various IT issues. Same great service and super fast response. Had to use the over the phone FREE support for nearly 20 minutes. Problem fixed with virtually instant response. Where can one get this service nowadays when we all forced to speak to machines rather than humans. Free is a massive bonus too.”
