THE following people have been sentenced by Grimsby magistrates:

Kelsey parker, 23, of Welholme Road, Grimsby, admitted driving without insurance or MoT certificate on Stanley Street on January 21, 2013. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months, his licence was endorsed with six penalty points, fined £500 and ordered to pay £50 victims’ surcharge.

Jason Brammer, 23, of Highgate, Cleethorpes, admitted failing to comply with a community order made by Grimsby and Cleethorpes Magistrates Court January 22, 2012. The community order it to continue and he was fined £50.

Kelly Duff, 32, of Cromwell Road, Grimsby, admitted failing to comply with a community order made by Grimsby and Cleethorpes Magistrates Court on November 12, 2012. Original offence entering Anderby Driving Centre and stealing a mobile phone, £10 in cash a Barclay Visa/Debit card and M&S Mastercard and a Nectar card on July 4, 2012. She was committed to prison for four months suspended for 12 months, and ordered to have treatment for alcohol dependency for six months and ordered to pay £40 costs.

Jacqueline Jones, 45, of Joseph Street, Grimsby, was found guilty of assaulting Sally-Anne Lidgard by beating her on November 8, 2012 and admitted failing to surrender to custody at Grimsby and Cleethorpes Magistrate Court. She was given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £50 in compensation to Sally-Anne Lidgard, £150 costs and £15 victims’ surcharge.

Arnold Lambley, 44, of Wellington Street, Grimsby, admitted failing to comply with a community order made by Grimsby and Cleethorpes Magistrate Court. The community order was made more onerous to participate in a compliance specified activity, to have treatment for drug dependency at Addaction, Cleethorpes Road, Grimsby for seven months and was ordered to pay £40 costs.

Gordon Ligertwood, 34, of Carson Avenue, Grimsby, admitted speeding, exceeding 30mph in Tetney Road on August 5, 2012. His licence was endorsed with three penalty points, fined £200 and ordered to pay £40 costs and £15 victims’ surcharge.
