Morons I'm afraid, with total disregard for other road users and the highway code. I've seen lots of vehicles the last two nights, driving with just sidelights on, invariably covered in snow, giving off about 1 candle power of illumination. And of course the other idiots (often taxi drivers, but not all) who insist on parking, facing oncoming traffic with headlights on, not realising that the lights are then angled towards the oncoming vehicle, thus causing dazzle.”

...and stupid, many cars now have 2 rear fog lights in the main light cluster and their brighness completely masks the brake lights so you cannot tell if they are breaking - idiots!

I would think you would have a good case in court if you ever rearended one of these numpties!

Use your fog lights only when it is foggy, and turn them off for other road users as described in the legislation.”
