“Why not meet parryman on Corporation Bridge at 3pm today to exchange email addresses? Is this the purpose of this site?”

    ¡¡¡THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!!!!

Your council tax overpayment of £625 is very similar to the amount I mistakenly paid into another council tax account.

Check your council tax bill, and if your reference number contains 4 consecutive numbers as per the following it is likely I made these payments into your account.

    1993
    1782
    6220
    5611

I can't give any more details than the above 4 digits, as this would breach legislation in the Data Protection Act.

The Grimsby Magistrates' court carelessly sent details of the four council tax accounts (along with names) when I requested information about a liability order hearing. This was around December 2010.

If you do have one of the above council tax reference numbers, the council will know exactly what has happened, i.e. these were my payments mistakenly paid into your account because of the details sent to me by the court. If this is the case, the council are acting recklessly and are continuing court action just because they don't want to admit to the bigger blunder they make with council tax liability order applications.

If one of these is your council tax account, you need to contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) and complain about the Grimsby Magistrates court breaching the Data Protection Act 1998.

    http://tinyurl.com/2cz3fu

For your information, these are some references to the relevant parts of the legislation:

    Data Protection Act 1998, references:

    i. A breach of the seventh data protection principle in Part I of Schedule 1

ii. Sensitive personal data under section 2 of the Act

iii. Section 4(4) of the Act provides that, subject to section 27(1) of the Act, it is the duty of a data controller to comply with the data protection principles in relation to all personal data in respect of which it is a data controller.

Again, if one of these is your CT reference, you should probably speak to someone at the ICO urgently, as you have a court hearing on Friday.

    P.S

The figure you quoted is nearer £560,000 for the council's annual liability order takings, and rising.

Insist on appearing before Magistrates on Friday. The council will try to prevent you from having a proper court hearing in front of Magistrates.

You will also need a copy of the document as proof that the Magistrates' court carelessly sent me your council tax reference number. I will edit the details to comply with the Data Protection Act and post a link on this thread if you confirm one of these account numbers is yours.”

This was the document sent by the Grimsby Magistrates court with personal details and council tax references:

“oh dear, once again, we have to endure the deluded ramblings of the fish who has clearly had his brain removed in the middle of the night and replaced with a cabbage, repeating the same stupid drivel. Puts me in mind of those 'chatty cathy' talking doll's of yesteryear...'programmed to repeat a small selection of phrases'...wake up and realise what is going on,fish, and your various silly aliases, instead of trying to cover it up...well done to RIPVAN for keeping us informed no matter how many people try to put obstacles in the way...a message to the deluded fish THERE'S NONE SO DEAF AS THOSE WHO DON'T WANT TO HEAR....”

“As I said on the other thread, Hally:

"This 'Pirhana' has got to be a person - or persons - using this site to deliberately undermine the seriousness of the subject matter being discussed here.

If - as is patently obvious to anyone reading this thread, INCLUDING the Grimsby Telegraph itself - he/she 'Pirhana' and his many aliases has an affiliation or involvement in any way shape or form with the Council, are they aware that the House Rules of this site compel them to declare that association?

    House Rule 5.1 (c)(a):
"Users are not permitted to misrepresent their affiliation or status".

You have to ask yourself - when the moderators are so quick to remove comments made by other serious contributors - why they are not enforcing their own House Rules when it comes to Pirhana ??

Something very 'fishy' is going on here."”

“Everyone knows who Pirhana is: A former non accountant who lived in York and has an enhanced CRB check, just as everyone knows who valvissy 123 is, a basically harmless Europhobe who is not really xenophobic but hey. listen things didn't work out abroad.

    Both are harmless.”

    “toots22,

If this is someone from the council, and I'm certain it wouldn't be the first one. We shouldn't only be demanding their posts are removed, we should expect a reduction in our council tax for the authority, irresponsibly sanctioning this waste of recourses.”

“'F' Hey P_, how do people know that moderators have removed comments?

'P' No idea but perhaps they've been making bad or untruthful comments about our fine council, public sector workers or bailiffs.

    'F' Yes, mischief-makers, I can se that.

'P' The council are extremely trustworthy and are top drawer along with doctors.

'F' Mmmm, you're right – and those plotters eh.

People seem to be double thread posting so……….

'P' No idea but perhaps they've been making bad or untruthful comments about our fine council, public sector workers or bailiffs.

'F' Yes, probably mischief-makers, I can see that happening.

'P' The council are extremely trustworthy and are top drawer along with doctors.

'F' Mmmm, you're right – and those plotters eh.

    'P' Some even DEMAND.

'F' That's not very nice, just because we have an alternative but fair point view to express.

    'P' No it's not.”

“Mr Crayon, Mr Jones does NOT work for N.E. Lincs council, he did work in York, his office had quite a nice view by all accounts and in case you didn't know he has an advanced CRB check.

He is harmless, I'm sure the council have better things to do than spam this website, that might seem difficult to believe but there is no conspiracy theory here.”

“Assuming Parryman and Ripvan aren't the same person or Valvissy123/banned/Lizzy Dripping etc using yet more aliases couldn't they arrange to wear dark suits, wear bowler hats and drop a copy of the GT into a dead letter box near the council offices with their email ady written in code? This spy stuff is a bit B movie and isn't even reaching the divorced cop eating a hot dog while his partner brings two coffees over before he opens up and pulls his gun out stage yet.”

    “R_Turpin/Jo/Banned/Valvissy 123

If you have any grounds for your conspiracy theory, back it up, I just think that even councillors aren't that stupid, their deals go on behind closed doors, everyone knows that, they're hardly going to admit anything on a public forum behind alaises.

I doubt very much if N.E.Lincs council have a specialised 'Upset JO' officer, the landing space outside the council offices wouldn't be big enough for the ego to land.

Yes, politics is corrupts, but it's human nature love.

    COPE.”

What do you make of Laurel and Hardy's sudden dissappearance after this post:

    http://tinyurl.com/7633axf

    on this thread, http://tinyurl.com/3lvdx4b

It seems that pair were goading a contributor to reveal something they were after. Miraculously when the information was revealed, the couple never posted another comment. Incidentally, this letter in connection with the issue was sent by the council.
