And if someone doesn't soon give our limp-wristed, out of touch judiciary the gypsy's warning and demand that the animals are taken off the street .. then the authorities shouldn't be surprised when anarchy overtakes the rule of law!!!” -

“Yes I agree, it seems wrong to me.
The interference, removal of an identity tag, or whatever constitutes a breach of bail conditions in this case is considered a much more serious crime than that which is the subject of the court case.
Something is very wrong with this. The criminal justice system has been devised by those obviously missing the point and for the satisfaction of the judiciary wanting to coerce other human beings.” -

“Seems a bit lenient, however, the case has to be viewed on merit. Perhaps she burned his dinner or something.”

“I don't understand this at all. Why are judges giving such lenient sentences? If we need to establish more prisons in which to put this type of feral human being then I, for one, would welcome it.”

“Is it just me that thinks that 4 months on tag (on bail from offence until sentencing) anger managment and a community service order is not enough punishment for a man that beat up his girlfriend on a prolonged 4 hour attack which included biting, kicking, punching, pushing, headbuting, pinning her down and even cutting her head by hitting her with a blunt object. That is what a Grimsby crown court judge has told one offender that his punishment will 'most likely be'. The only way he will face a jail term is by breaching his bail conditions.
Is it just me that thinks this is wrong?!”
