Something is very wrong with this. The criminal justice system has been devised by those obviously missing the point and for the satisfaction of the judiciary wanting to coerce other human beings.”
“Is it just me that thinks that 4 months on tag (on bail from offence until sentencing) anger managment and a community service order is not enough punishment for a man that beat up his girlfriend on a prolonged 4 hour attack which included biting, kicking, punching, pushing, headbuting, pinning her down and even cutting her head by hitting her with a blunt object. That is what a Grimsby crown court judge has told one offender that his punishment will 'most likely be'. The only way he will face a jail term is by breaching his bail conditions.
Is it just me that thinks this is wrong?!”
