Famous for its red coats and bracing coastline, the traditional seaside town is home to a Butlin’s camp, featuring top-class accommodation, scores of eateries and a good selection of entertainment venues, alongside arcades, shops, outdoor activities and more... and all this within a minute or so of the beach!

Butlin’s is offering a three or four-night family break – Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday – at the resort, for two adults and two children aged two to 14 years.

The winning family will be given a luxurious gold-standard apartment, with breakfast and dinner included in one of the premium dining rooms on site.

If that’s not enough to get you reaching for your camera and a Telegraph, there is a second prize of £100 and a third of £50.

A spokesperson said: “Butlin’s Skegness is very proud to sponsor Telegraph On Tour 2013, and we are looking forward to welcoming the winning family to the resort for a fun stay.

“If you like the family to be outdoors as much as possible, there are wide open spaces for an impromptu game of family rounders, a kick-about or a picnic.

“For the brave, the climbing wall and high ropes course will satisfy even the most adventurous family member – there is something for everyone.”

Please note that the break is subject to the terms and conditions as stated in the Butlin’s brochure, and availability. Accommodation is as described and it’s valid until December 31, 2013, excluding Christmas, New Year and Bank Holidays. It is non-transferrable, cannot be exchanged for other prizes and travel is not included.

So what are you waiting for? Submit your entries to: Telegraph On Tour, Newsroom, Grimsby Telegraph, 80 Cleethorpe Road, Grimsby, DN31 3EH or e-mail newsdesk@grimsbytelegraph.co.uk. Please include a full postal address and daytime telephone number.

“I did take it to Shetland once. Do Butlins allow dogs? I only envisage taking it with me on walkies, comes in handy for picky up purposes.”

“Two stories down on the news homepage you have a story about families struggling to pay their fuel bills, and then expect people to be able to swan around having their photo's taken in all four corners of the globe with a copy of the GT!

    Get real!”
