K. Newsum Properties aim to provide short-term accommodation in a homely environment. We understand that today’s working environment can involve lots of travelling and staying away from home. Here at K. Newsum Properties we offer lettings for as little as a week at a time, as a convenient alternative to a hotel.

Our extensive lettings range from en-suite rooms to fully furnished 1-3 bedroom flats. We ensure that there is a flat screen TV (with Sky) and laundry facilities in all of our properties, and we aim to incorporate guest house school view accommodation.
