“ When stuff broke they would just give us a telephone number and we had to call (paying for it), arrange everything and take time off work to open the door since they wouldn't come or give the keys... The contract was completely insane, it had so many prohibitions: they would not allow us to hang any drawings, have candles, etc. including some crazy clauses like smoking forbidden inside the house AND outside of it too or cleaning the flat windows every month (?). A month before leaving the flat they started arranging viewings without telling me. One day I saw my door open and suspected they where them so when I contacted them they told me (after 5 days waiting for a damn email reply) that they had been coming. I told them that entering my room without my approval was illegal and then they started sending me texts 30 minutes before coming which is also illegal since they need to warn you at least 48 hours before. They arranged 12 viewings in less than a month (nearly every 2 days) which was really annoying. The agent used to shout and spend 2 hours every time. I am really angry with them, worst agency I've been with, avoid if you don't want to get screwed! ”
