One of the problems faced from time to time by businesses is the need to impose changes to terms and conditions of employment. Common examples include changes of shift pattern, or introducing restrictive covenants if some of your employees leave and set up a competing company. But imposing changes is not straightfoward. It can be done, but it must be done carefully. In this seminar, we will show you the different methods of changing contract terms, ranging from getting the employees' agreement though to the controversial method of dismissing your entire workforce and offering to re-engage them on the new terms.
The seminar will be held at Wilkin Chapman Grange, Town Hall Square, Grimsby, DN31 1EY.
