The government is undertaking a review of employment laws, with the aim of making it as easy as possible for businesses to take people on. The review began in May 2010 and will run until 2012. It continues apace, with many proposed changes hitting the headlines. In this seminar, we set out the key changes taking place and what to look out for to keep you up to date.
