Take a scenic walk around Bradley and Dixon Woods nature reserve guided by a Western Medicinal Herbalist.
Locally growing medicinal herbs will be identified and the medicinal uses will be discussed. You can learn how to harvest the herbs and what ways they can be used to benefit your health and wellbeing naturally.
Meet at Church Lane at 1pm where the Herbal Walk will start. The cost is £5 per person with children under the age of 16 going free.
The walk will finish near the swings where people can sit down and relax with the opportunity to discuss the herbal walk or ask any questions. If you would like to bring some food or drink then it can be consumed then as there are bins available for the rubbish.
Spend a couple of hours reconnecting with nature and discovering the fascinating uses of the herbs, plants and trees which grow wild there. As a nature reserve there is also the opportunity to spot some amazing wildlife too.
