We're teaming up a epic, 1 hour high intensity Zumba Fitness workout with a 5-10 minute Abs Blast segment! Enjoy an all-over body cardio workout with routines that target specific body areas such as your calves, thighs, mid-section, back, shoulders and arms PLUS a focused blast routine to fire up your abdominal and oblique muscles! All to high energy chart and world music. £4 per person, Walk-In's welcomed.
