How much would fostering young accused cost?
RE Grimsby Telegraph (Monday, February 18), “Young accused could be fostered instead of being locked up”, I know full well there are folk out there employed by the Government in the capacity of sitting on their last remaining grey cell, hoping that this will one day hatch and give a new idea that will better the likes of Albert Einstein.
And this idea being proposed by Lincolnshire County Council would cost how much? £150,000, well if that’s the figure they have come to let’s start by one of them following by example and taking in one or two of these little juveniles themselves.
