Marathon runner Surinder Fowler is laying down the gauntlet for her next fundraising challenge.

Grimsby woman Surinder, 51, will be doing a 24-hour exercise session at Cleethorpes Leisure Centre next month – and you can help put her through her paces.

As reported, she is running the London Marathon next year and is aiming to raise £5,000 to be shared between Diabetes UK, St Andrew's Hospice and the eye clinic at St Hugh's Hospital, Grimsby.

She will be on the exercise bike from 9am to 9pm on Tuesday, December 15, and is asking members of the public to join her.

Read your Grimsby Telegraph today to find out how you can support Surinder. She can be contacted on 07906 795576.
