Latest house price figures show fall

​HOUSE prices in North East Lincolnshire have dropped by an average of more than £8,000 in the last year - bucking the national trend which has seen the average price rise.

New figures have been released by the Land Registry Office today show the average price for a detached house in December 2009 was £160,658, compared with £174,768 in the same month the year before.

A semi-detached property was £98,823 in December last year compared with £107,502 in 2008.
