Movie's plot is infectious

THE movie begins when a meteorite crash lands into the Swiss mountains in 1978, unleashing a deadly virus.

Killing everyone within a 20-mile radius, the incident is covered up by local officials.

Thirty years later, the virus is unleashed on to an unsuspecting island off the coast of England.

A group of survivors must then band together in order to survive the death and destruction of the once-friendly locals.
