Resort fly-past caught on camera - view photos here
Carole Crawford, of Caenby Road in the resort, was driving along Alexandra Road but jumped out to take these stunning snaps when the awesome aircraft passed overhead.
The Lancaster was in the resort on Saturday, along with an American Dakota, as part of the Battle Of Britain Memorial Flight which flew over the Pier Gardens.
The display was part of the Squadron Road Show, set up in the gardens to promote the Royal Auxiliary Air Force Regiment.
Photography has always been a hobby for Carole and as soon as she saw the Lancaster she knew what to do.

The Dakota flies over Cleethorpes.
She said: "I live and die for photography and I got my camera out of my car and just started to snap.
"The sight was just fantastic – I've never photographed aircraft before."
